Give users what they want – And a little more:Leave a positive impression in which you exceed the expectations of the user.

Make the information easy to digest: Break the text up into smaller segments and use plenty of sub-headings.

Don‘t distract the user from the main goal:Place ads only necessary and if beneficial.

Stay consistent and use standard elements:Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing.

Be AuthenticPeople sense if something is real or not.

Effective user testing isn‘t extensive nor expensive.

Five users reveal 85% of all problems.15 users would find pretty much all problems.

And any testing is still better than no testing!

ConclusionWork less with assumptions, do more user testing.
