What is the UW Estate Plannning Clinic?

The Estate Planning Clinic at the University of Wyoming College of Law provides FREE Estate Planning legal services to the lower income population of Wyoming.

The clinic will provide the following legal services:

• Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives (Living Wills)

• Assist in simple probate proceedings

• Provide general estate planning and probate advice

Who Can the Clinic Represent?To be eligible for services from the Estate Planning Practicum, a client’s annual income cannot exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level standard for income. For probate clients, the estate may not have a net value exceeding $200,000. The chart below will help determine if you qualify:
