GETTING A BILL SIGNED BY

PRESIDENT

+InstructionsClass is divided into two groups. One group

represents House and another one –Senate. Teacher is a president.

Bill goes to House, each member gives his/her argument for or against the bill. (1min for preparation, half a minute for presentation.)

If the bill is approved by the House , it goes to Senate. Senate members judge and decide whether the bill is worth being issued or not. (1min for preparation, half a min for present)

At the final stage president either signs or veto the bill.
