I. Start to read and enjoy COMICS
Tsai Chih Chung (Chinese: 蔡志忠 ; pinyin: Cài Zhìzhōng; born 1948) is a famous cartoonist born in Huatan, Changhua County, Taiwan of Taiwanese origins.[1] He is best known for his graphical works on Chinese philosophy and history, most notably the philosophers Laozi, Liezi, and Zhuangzi, which he made accessible and popularised through the use of plain language and visual aid of cartoon graphics
Photographic is a misnomer. I have an eidetic memory as I’ve told you many times, most recently last year at lunch on the afternoon of May 7th. You had turkey and complained it was dry.

Students’ work
I made a survey to the students on comics
1. Clear instructions needed!2. Video maker will maybe be better!3. Teacher should offer more cartoon stories, or when we
are learning some Chinese idioms, expressions or some difficult sentence structures.
4. Some students like it, some students don’t. Few of them think it difficult.
What the students said:
1. Do not grade it! Do it Just for FUN;2. Topics are very important!3. Let the students get more options when they are
doing a project; 4. Some students like it very much. Teachers can
have them to work on it, eg, Classroom decoration, competition, poster for party or club, etc.
5. Mandarin newspapers or magazines will work with that.
