Log-in to PMS System by your User-Password (LAN True)

Merit

Evaluation consists of 4 steps:

1. KPIs: This section will be referred to the KPI details and results linked from the BMS system on True Connect. The information cannot be changed through PMS

platform. Any change is supposed to be adjusted via BMS system. The updated results would be automatically linked to PMS system.

2. True Performance: This section will be referred to your “True Performance” ratings and evidences from 360 feedback evaluation through workflows system on

True Connect. You cannot change the linked results on PMS platform.

3. Overall Performance: With the information from 2 section above, you can give the rating for your overall performance with providing the key evidences.

4. Wait for Approval: Your direct boss will review your performance after your submission.

Evaluate is the part of self performance evaluation.

Step 1 KPIs

Individual KPI

Department KPI and Corporate KPI

• The results of your Department KPI and corporate KPI.

The Department KPI is defined from the department of your director by default (exceptionally, if you are under MicroOrg, your department KPI would be Province KPI or Regional KPI). If you need more information about the department KPI, you can contact to your HRBP. If the Department KPI is needed to be reassigned, either associate director or director (Band F up) from your department can send the request to HRBP.

• Name, definition, Weight and Unit of your KPIs automatically linked from BMS system on True Connect

Step 2 : True Performance(3 Questions)Rating and evidence

Step 2 True Performance

Your True Performance ratings and evidences will be automatically linked from 360 results you had completed through True Connect workflows. They cannot be changed on PMS platform.

For page , you can check how your subordinatefinished their self-evaluation only. It is not allowed you to

adjust.

KPIs• Since your subordinate’s KPIs results are linked

from BMS on True Connect, you cannot adjust them on PMS platform.

True Performance• True Performance results from all bosses in PMS

platform will be automatically linked from the direct boss’s result of 360 feedback evaluation. They cannot be adjusted but you can use them as the input for giving your subordinate’s overall performance.

Overall Performance• Able to adjust by changing scale rating and fill reasons

for adjustment.

• Strength and development areas from all bosses in PMS platform will be automatically linked from the direct boss’s input of 360 feedback evaluation. You cannotadjust them.

Click at ‘Approve’ to submit.
