❏ Launch the browser and enter below URL. Prajasadhikara Survey Dashboard Page will be displayed.http://prajasadhikarasurvey.ap.gov.in

❏ Click on “DASHBOARDS” button, List will be displayed. Click on “Nava Nirmana Deeksha-2018” button.

❏ Click on “Nodal Officer login” button, Login page will be displayed.

❏ Enter registered Nodal officer Aadhaar number and click on “SEND OTP” button, OTP will be sent to registered mobile number.

❏ Enter recieved OTP and click on “VERIFY” button.

❏ In this page 7 days themes will be displayed.

❏ Click on today theme(Day wise), Respective modules will be displayed.

❏ Following modules will be displayed,. Click on “Attendance” button, Attendance page will be dispalyed.

❏ Select/Fill all mandatory questions …..Scroll down the page.Note: Choose photo and click on “UPLOAD” button and submit the photo. Please select atleast one photo for every question

❏ Select/Fill all mandatory questions and click on “SUBMIT” button.

❏ Click on “Inspection” button, Inspection page will be displayed.

❏ Select/Fill all mandatory questions …..Scroll down the page.Note: Choose photo and click on “UPLOAD” button and submit the photo. Please select atleast one photo for every question

❏ Select/Fill all mandatory questions and click on “SUBMIT” button.

❏ Click on “Inauguration” button, Inaugurationpage will be displayed.

❏ Select/Fill all mandatory questions and click on “SUBMIT” button.Note: Choose photo and click on “UPLOAD” button and submit the photo. Please select atleast one photo for every question
