Join our experienced organic farmer, Fai Hui, as he introduces you to the world of urban farming. The Urban Farmer Course is a journey of 4 interactive workshops that will provide you with the skills and knowledge to confidently germinate seeds, make compost, deal with pesky pests and much more! Course details: • When: Saturdays March 15, 22 & April 12, 26 • Time: 3-5:30pm • Where: Rooftop garden at HKICC School of Creativity, Kowloon City • Price:

Week 2 • Understanding soil • Container gardening • Plant care (watering, pruning, etc.) • Plant of the day: Seasonal herbs
Week 4 • Companion planting • Crop rotation • Composting • Plant of the day: Chinese summer veggies
