Since preparing the report to Planning Committee a further letter dated 9th September 2014 has been received from the Up Hatherley Parish Council. Enclosed with that letter was a CD containing historical documentation and photographs relating to Avenue Lodge and in particular to the pond. The Parish Council has requested that these be made available to all members of the Planning Committee. The CD contains the attached information. The recommendation remains to permit.
