Application Process through the Business Customer Gateway

You must sign in to an existing account or

create a new account

Use the link below to access the Business Customer Gateway:

To create a new account,

complete the registration form

A user may enter a known CRID to gain access to that business location

Provide your name, business address,

and contact information

The first user at a business location will become the Business Service Administrator (BSA) for a

USPS business application or “service”, in charge of who can and cannot use a service at a

business location. This can be changed later, if someone else needs to be made BSA. You will

need BSA access to submit an application for the Printer Directory.

Agree to the Terms & Conditions

Button will either say “Get Access” if the user has not yet requested access,

or “Go to Service” if they have previously access the Printer Directory

Once signed in, select “Mailing Services”

from left navigation bar
