DESCRIPTION

Unisource Worldwide Inc. received numerous calls to help desk on password reset and account unlock. With each call taking about 10-15 minutes to complete, they were having a hard time dealing with password related help desk calls. After trying ADSelfService Plus, which allowed users to reset domain passwords and unlock Windows account on their own, help desk productivity improved. Huge cost saving were also associated with the password self-service solution.
