Mission. The 864th Engineer Battalion trains for combat, and on order, deploys worldwide to plan, direct, and supervise combat and general engineering operations in support of Army forces or Unified Action Partners.

DCRF Assigned Mission. TF 3 remains prepared to deploy throughout CONUS to conduct CBRN consequence management to enable Civil Authorities’ response activities under the National Response Framework.

Vision. The 864th Engineer Battalion is a world-class team of teams that grows leaders who master fundamentals to accomplish missions on a moment’s notice.
