STUDY ONE

The purpose of the study was to gather the opinions of these students about thelearning methods available in the market, with regard to face to face learning, e-Learning and b-Learning. 

THE PURPOSE

QUESTIONNAIRE:

The questionnaire was divided in 2 parts. In the first part the objective was to collect information on the respondents, such as age, academic qualifications, computer and Internet use, etc. The second part was the body of the survey, and had 5 open questions related to the topic to be studied.Thus, the questionnaire consisted of 10 questions, 5 of which were closed answer - to characterize thetype of student - and 5 were open answer questions - to find out their opinions.

DATA COLLECTION:

In order to simplify the data processing, we used ATLAS/ti software to help the organization and codification of the questionnaires. The data collection was initiated through non-structured interviews. These interviews were transcribed, in order to obtain a reliable analysis and codification of the data, using systematic comparison of the results. The process of categorization was guided by the participants’ own words.

STUDY TWO

A Study on MultimediaLearning in the

Public Education System

The authors focused on maximizing learning efficiency through introduction of multimedia software and without involving extensive capital or time requirements in training the teachers and students.

The purpose of this study is to identify trends in school education and develop an effective method of applying multimedia software to the public education system.

The Technology

Capable of satisfying the essential requirements of their corresponding school subjects with greater degrees of effectiveness.

Foreign language learning through multimedia software shifts the focus from grammar to comprehension, giving the students the ability to fluently converse in the foreign language and expand their horizons beyond the Korean borders.

The Features.

Multimedia software-based education can produce IT professionals with special and practical knowledge in their fields and is capable of bridging the qualitative gap between employers and employees.
