Tufts CTSI’s Mission & Purpose
• Our mission is to identify, stimulate, and expedite innovative clinical and translational research, with the goal of improving the public’s health.
• We serve this objective by facilitating, improving, and supporting others’ research, and through education and training.
How Can CTSI Help You?• Connections with other researchers, industry, the community, and
policy-makers across the CTSI network and national CTSA consortium
• Training and education opportunities including MS and PhD degrees, certificate programs, seminars and workshops
• Assistance with research design and analysis through the Research Design Center/Biostatistics Research Center
• Clinical trial support through Clinical and Translational Research Center (CTRC) with trained nursing staff
• A Core Research Laboratory providing specialized laboratory analyses
• Pilot grants that support the initial stages of research• Consultation on community engagement, quality improvement,
and comparative effectiveness research.
