Student Health Insurance

Health insurance is strongly recommended for all students to cover major medical, emergency care, specialty care, and pharmacy as these services can be expensive.

All Health Sciences Center students enrolled in 1 or more credit hours must be enrolled in the Academic Health Plan, unless comparable coverage is furnished.

You may obtain suitable coverage from Academic Health Plans at a very competitive price if you do not have other insurance.
