Once the gasses start to flow the system generates its own power and pulls the gases from the manifold. The cat converter lights up much more efficiently and reduces emissions, however it does not interfere with catalytic converter.

The Techflo Exhaust System has been developed to give exhaust systems a new dimension in gas flow, delivering benefits for all engines, this system creates its own torsional flow to maximize fuel economy, engine performance, torque and horsepower. This system has no moving parts and is easily fitted to existing vehicles and works with any fuel- petrol, diesel or gas. The main feature is that the system creates a negative manifold pressure and allows the engine to breath much more efficiently.

In the development process are other carbon cutting methods and technologies including a reusable fuel pre-cleaning filter system. Using a 5 micron stainless steel filtration system makes throw away filters obsolete. This cleaning filter will further optimize the engine’s performance and fuel economy, adding an additional 5% fuel savings, and further decrease of emissions. Also in development is a permanent turbo being designed for the airline industry.
