SAP Transaction cod

A transaction code represents a particular task, for example:“Display list of sales orders (VA05)”

These transaction codes make it easier and faster to navigate in SAP. Keep in mind that every transaction in SAP has its own transaction code and can be found in transaction by using the menu path: System > Status.

“Automatic Tab at field end” only works at the end of an input field. For example, if the Materialfield can hold 18 characters, but the material number you enter is only 7 characters long, you must still press the TAB key to move to the next input field.

Cursor in Lists

Selects and highlights the text when you tab to an input field. Any input in this field will clear the field.

Usually SAP has several options / indexes per field to search for data.

For searching a wild card (*) can be used
