Accessing the EvaluationThe Level 1 evaluation is accessed via the saba cloud your own personal dashboard. On the last day of training you will receive an email notification, a reminder will also be sent 2 days after the training, within these mails will be the link to the saba cloud where the you will be able to login using your account login details (external) or enter via SSO (internal).However, the notification email is not required to access the saba cloud or to complete the survey, which can be assessed via the following link - https://learningcentral.sabanow.net/Saba/Web/Cloud

Accessing the EvaluationOn logging in you will see the dashboard page – select the inbox.
Level 1 surveys when assigned will be accessed via the inbox

Accessing the Evaluation
When the inbox is accessed, you will see the Evaluation details and will be able to take the evaluation using the ‘Launch’ button.

Scoring SystemScoring is a four point Likert scale
Additionally some questions will have a Not Applicable button.
This is used for questions that may not be applicable to a certain type of delivery;for example the testbed question is ‘Not Applicable’ for theory only courses.
Questions 1 – 12 are marked with a red star and are mandatory and must be completed to finish the survey.

Welcome Message
On launching the survey, the participant will be presented with a welcome message – this is the same for all of the three variants CLT, VCL and WBT
To take the survey the participant selects the ‘Start’ button

Finishing the survey
Once the you have completed all the mandatory questions, select the ‘Exit’ button to finish the survey

On selecting the ‘Exit’ button you will be presented with four options
Cancel – Returns you to the SurveyFinish Survey – Finishes and submits the SurveyPause Survey – Saves the Survey selections, can be then completed at a later dateAbandon Survey – Deletes selections and closes the Survey, can be completed at a later date

Mobile DevicesWith the implementation of the SABA LMS, there is the opportunity for the L1 to be delivered via mobile devices
I-Pad Windows Phone Android Phone
Participants simply open a web browser on their device log into SABA and launch the survey as would be done using a PC.
Mobile L1 access to only available to external customers who have a username and password.
Mobile L1 is not available to internal customers, due to the requirement to use SSO
