Right clicking in the tracks and selecting “insert virtual Instrument on new track” and then selecting the VST’s that you wish to use from this list.
These are the VST’s I selected; you can tweak various settings here with the sliders and nobs. Ambience makes the sound appear to be outside and Battery acid adds some static/interference into it.
