Uncountable nouns

Uncountable nouns are nouns that we cannot count.

We cannot count them because they :

- are too difficult to count.

e.g. rice, hair, sugar

- do not have separate parts.

e.g. air, water, steam

- are abstract.

e.g. friendship, happiness, health
