Digital Subscriptions)• Developed by Andrew Wiles in 2008• Shows number of clickthroughs from our e-

resources A to Z page• Does not show access via other routes

How do we measure it?

E-journals• STARS (SUSHI Tracking and Recording System)• Imports usage stats from SUSHI-enabled

providers• For non-SUSHI providers, get their COUNTER

reports and add them manually

… and then along came JUSP!

How do we use JUSP?

• Not as well as we could!• Mostly use ‘JR1 including gateways and host

intermediaries’• Each month we get usage stats for the

publishers of our main NESLi2 deals • Are we getting value for money?
