Within Centacare Community Services, Anam

Cara is a mental health service established in

1997

Transitional Housing Program (THP)

Commenced in April 2007

Criteria1. Adults (18-65)

2. Primary diagnosis of mental illness

3. Australian permanent residency

4. Identified barriers to live independently, but willing and

able to participate.

5. Has the potential to live independently after 6 months.
