ACAAI 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting: Virtual Experience
The Changing Practice Landscape Rising to the Challenge
You’re invited to an exciting virtual experience! Plan to attend the 2020 virtual ACAAI Annual Scientific Meeting, Nov. 13 – 15, from your comfort zone. Our meeting is planned with attendees in mind, and over 100 hours of educational programming will be offered during this year’s three-day event. Join us for a fun, interactive and stimulating educational experience.
The ACAAI Program Planning Committee’s goal is to provide sessions with practical tips you can effectively implement into practice. Experts in allergy, immunology and related fields will offer insight
and guidance for clinical conundrums allergists face daily in practice.
On the meeting’s platform, attend recorded and live sessions with Q&A, view video e-posters and visit the virtual exhibit hall. And you won’t miss out on networking! There will be opportunities to
connect with friends and colleagues.
Our “Not on Thursday” programs give the latest information on two fronts: the diagnosis and treatment of cough and the utilization and cost-effectiveness of biologics for
various allergic conditions. Expert plenary speakers will focus on key issues such as payment systems; approaches to diagnostics and
testing; and implementing clinical guidelines. The ongoing impact of COVID-19 will be addressed on many fronts, including the impact on our patients and our practices.
Tune in for favorites such as the Literature Review session, Continuous Assessment Program (CAP) Review, Allied Health and Practice Management programming, and the Pediatric 7 for 11 rapid-fire update. Explore topics such as SLIT vs. SCIT, vaping and e-cigarettes, peanut immunotherapy options, management of nasal polyps and more!
Enjoy valuable interactions with clinical and research leaders and networking with colleagues. No matter which stage of your career – in training, newly practicing, seasoned allergist – or anywhere in between, there is something for you.
Don’t forget to include your allied health and office administration staff. There are programs designed especially for their development.

A Yes, physicians and nurses can still earn credit for attending by completing the session evaluations and claiming credit. Due to the virtual format of this year’s Annual Meeting, ACAAI will not be designating any 2020 Annual Meeting sessions for MOC Part II Self-assessment Credit. However, you’ll find other opportunities to earn MOC Part II Self-assessment Credit at the College Learning Connection.
Important: Allied health and advanced practitioners who wish to receive educational credit must select the Allied Health Professionals Course and/or the Advanced Practice Health Care Providers Course on the Optional Workshops page when registering.
Q How long after the end of the virtual meeting will I be able to access content like recorded sessions, e-posters and exhibit booths?
A Online access to the ACAAI Annual Scientific Meeting, including all recorded sessions and the virtual exhibit hall, will be available until February 6, 2021.
Online access to the E-posters will be available for six months following the end of the ACAAI 2020 Annual Meeting.
