Top Tips: Improve your Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Meetings losing impact? A recent survey shows that 30% of meetings ran over time & 45% did not stick to the agenda.

Use pictures rather than words to make your presentations more powerful – keep your bullet points as short as possible.

Write with impact. Hold the document upside down to check the line spacing, word spacing & general format when editing your writing.

Use 27 words in a sentence and 4% of people will understand on first reading. 8 words in a sentence and 95% will understand.
