Our club, Phoenix Arcadia Sunrise Rotary Club, is in District 5510.

The District covers northeastern third of Arizona.

Rotary International is governed by a president and a board of directors elected from all over the world.

Today, over 15% of Rotarians worldwide are women.

78% of clubs admit women as members with over 2300 having women serving as presidents.

For the Rotary year 2007-2008 there are 63 women District Governors.

Group Study Exchanges– Teams of one Rotarian leader and four

non-Rotarian business or professional young people visit the district for four to six weeks.

– PARC Rotarians have hosted visiting teams and sponsored team members.

Rotary Youth Exchange Program– 16-18 year olds are exchanged world-wide.– Part of a 9,000 students/year program.– Rotarians host these young people in their

homes for three to five months.– Students become part of the family.– PARC has hosted a Youth Exchange Student.

Attendance Attendance at the weekly meetings is a

benefit of Rotary. A minimum of 60% is expected.

You can make-up at another Rotary Club within 14 days before or after a missed meeting; or by attending a PARC, District or RI event.
