Why a Framework?

•  Everyone loves happiness and balance

BUT

  Everyone achieves it differently

SO

  There are no magic solutions or a one-for-all list to help someone be happy

ONLY

A Framework

  So that

YOU

  Can do all the hard work required for

YOUR OWN HAPPINESS

  After all, you know yourself best, right?

BUT

 My framework will make it incredibly easy for you

Happy so far?

  If yes,

THEN

  Let us jump

INTO

The Framework Foundation

  Or the Background

I am human

  At the core I am made of

CORE

MY HEART

  It feels

CORE

HEART

MY BRAIN

  It thinks

CORE

BRAIN

HEART

MY BODY

  It acts

CORE

BRAIN

HEART BODY

That means

  I talk many languages

Heart Talk?

  Emotions

I Love You!

Me Happy

Brain talk?

  Thoughts

I think this guy loves me ;)

I think she is wrong!

Body Talk?

  Actions

Fact

  The heart, brain and body are constantly talking to each other, along with talking to the world

I guess I am

HUNGRY

I will go EAT something

I am so IRRITABLE

EMOTION

THOUGHT

ACTION

Fact

  A large part of our happiness depends on HOW we INTERNALIZE/TRANSLATE our life experiences

Another perspective -

  The heart, brain and body form our internal “Governing Board”

GOVERNING BOARD

HEART

BRAIN BODY

And

  How we respond to life events and situations is a function of what the members of the “governing body” are saying to each other and to the world

You might disagree here but

 We, and only we are in control of our own happiness (considering our basic needs of food and shelter have been met)

And

  Happiness and Balance start from within – deep deep inside ourselves

AT THE

CORE where

  The heart, brain and body meet up to talk.

I am so IRRITABLE

ACTION

Another Example

I am being such a loser – let me just ignore my

sadness

I will ACT like

everything is just fine

But it is too much work to find another

So

  Learning to be happy and balanced means

  Learning to be aware of our own governing bodies

AND

 Making sure they listen,

they speak the truth,

they collaborate,

make the right decisions

AND

Act as a WHOLE

Body

Brain

Heart

And how do we do that?

Use the “thinkmaya framework” to figure out what works for you

AND

Use the framework to find out how to get to your ideal place for balance and happiness
