among youths aged 15-24

was 1.7% (down from 3.2

in 2004); rate for adults

aged 16-49 years was 4.3%

(down from 5.1 in 2004)

malaria. Huge

through nets, free

treatment for kids under

5 (uncomplicated malaria)

etc.
