Student Union Booth Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday: Closed

Who Does the Union Serve?

The TWU Student Union has three groups of persons that we work to provide services for. Prices and accessibility to rooms and equipment vary depending on which group you are in.

Student Groups and University Departments (SG) All sanctioned student groups All university departments that are programming towards the scope of their

Groups or individuals affiliated to TWU (AG) Alumni of the University Students/ Staff/ Faculty that are looking to sell or promote outside vendors

Groups or individuals that are Non-Affiliated to TWU (NA) Outside vendor looking to sell items to TWU students, faculty, or staff.

Wi-Fi Access

Create a ticket (via Service Desk or independently at https://footprints.twu.edu)

Provide a list of users who will use guest access with their contact information (name, phone number and email)

You will get an account (username and password) which you can disseminate to the event participants
