A blossoming of pop music, fashion, design, films and creative literature of all kinds gravitated to the capital becoming the mainstay of the London economy
Industrial decline and rising unemployment in the 70´s, and the derivative social problems made Swinging London vanish into thin air, being nowadays a distant memory
