– gender equality and empowerment of women & girls

• 2nd: low gender pay gap

• 3th: 41,3 % of females in national parliament

– reasonable poverty gap (=the percentage by which the mean income of the poor

falls below the poverty line)

– reasonable income gap between rich and poor

– considerable domestic space: 2,2 rooms per person

• WEAKNESSES

– air pollution: exposition to levels exceeding WHO safety thresholds

– sustainability of water resources is gravely endangered

– gross agricultural nutrient balances: nitrogen and phosphorous use that

degrades the environment in contravention of sustainable agriculture concepts

– universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy

• high primary energy intensity

• low share of renewable energy consumption
