3. Is The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street handicapped friendly?
Yes, The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street are designed for residents who
may have special physical needs. Hallways and main entrance doorways can
accommodate wheelchairs, while the height of switches can be reached by
people in wheelchairs. Based on building code requirements, The Suites at
One Bonifacio High Street provide an approximately 1.3-meter wide entrance
door to the residential suites. There are also standard access ramps to the
elevators from parking, and transitions between different areas such as the
stairs and garden area, etc.
4. Are pets allowed?
Yes, certain pets are allowed, however, they are subject to specific restrictions
to be set in the House Rules of the Condominium Corporation.
5. How will traffic in the area of The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street
be affected once the building is built?
The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street will have an exclusive entry, exit
and drop-off points for its residents. The location of the entry/exit points
has been determined in coordination with Fort Bonifacio Development
Corporation and Bonifacio Global City Estates Association to ensure efficient
traffic flow within the vicinity.
Residents may also use the retail entry and exit points along 3rd Avenue as
an alternative access to the basement parking.

1. What appliances will be provided in The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street?
The following will be delivered with each unit at The Suites at One Bonifacio
High Street:
a. Split-type air conditioning system
b. Range hood at the Gourmet and utility kitchen
c. Cooktop at the Gourmet kitchen
d. Water heater to supply all toilet and baths (except maid’s T&B),
gourmet and utility kitchens
2. For units with landscaping and plunge pools, who will be in charge of
maintaining them?
The maintenance of the landscaping and lounge pools for selected units will
be under the responsibility of the unit owner.
3. Will there be a provision for garbage disposal system and dishwasher
in the kitchen?
Residential units have provision for buyer-installed garbage disposal system,
e.g. in-sink erator, which shreds and crushes food waste directly from the
drain. Provision for dishwasher can be found also in all units.
A garbage chute is also provided in all residential floors.
4. How many smoke detectors are there per suite?
All major rooms/areas within the units will have smoke detectors, while the
kitchen will have heat detectors.

1. What will be the structure of the Condominium Corporation of The Suites at
One Bonifacio High Street?
The Condominium Corporation of The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street will
be managed by a Board of Directors to be composed of representatives from
the Commercial and Residential districts. Each district will be responsible
for the operations and maintenance of all the common areas exclusive to
each district. The Condominium Corporation Board will have jurisdiction on
common areas that are for the mutual benefit of both districts.
2. How much are the association dues?
The association dues will be determined by the Condominium Corporation. To
give an indicative idea of association dues, the rate in another ALP project in
BGC is approximately P97 per square meter (as of Q1 2012).
3. Will the area of the balcony be included in the association dues?
The balcony is considered a Limited Residential Common Area and will be
considered in the computation of association dues.
4. Will the Condominium Corporation be part of the Bonifacio Global City Estates
Association (BGCEA)?
Yes, the Condominium Corporation and its members will be members of
the BGCEA. The BGCEA is responsible for the management, operation and
maintenance of all the roads, utilities and common areas of BGC. Being
members of the BGCEA, the Condominium Corporation will be assessed dues
which will proportionately be shared among members of the Condominium
Corporation.
5. Are the parking slots of The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street separate
from the parking of the retail component?
While sharing the same basement level, the parking slots allocated for The
Suites at One Bonifacio High Street will be separate from the parking slots for
the retail component.

To provide an idea of current lease rates (as of Q1 2012), in Bonifacio Global City
a two-bedroom unit in other condominium developments cost approximately
P120K/month, while three-bedroom units rent for approximately P160K/
month depending on size, furnishing and unit condition.
2. Is the balcony area included in the list price of the unit?
Units with balconies will be priced at a premium relative to units
without balconies.
3. What is the parking ratio for the units at The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street?
Each unit will be assigned appurtenant parking slots. The number
of appurtenant slots will depend on the unit type. The assignment and
location of appurtenant slots will be for the sole determination of BGWest
Properties, Inc.
4. What are other parking options for The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street
unit owners?
Due to the basement parking integration between The Suites at One Bonifacio
High Street and the retail area of One Bonifacio High Street, unit owners of
The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street and their guests have the option to
park at the basement parking levels allocated for the retail area. Use of such
parking slots are subject to applicable guidelines and fees.
