• GFC dictates that you can only choose 2 of those characteristics and the 3rd is forced.
• All three of these characteristics are relative to the overall scope of a project and variable with each project.

• Should you choose to have your project Good and Cheap, then it will not be Fast.
• If you want it Good and Fast, then it will not be Cheap.
• The worst is for a project to have to be Fast and Cheap, then it won’t be good...
