A mom who fears the Lord teaches her kids to use their strength

to serve people in need.

"How will you use your power when life presents you

with great opportunities?"

“The pursuit of many women will leave you broke and perhaps broken.”

In the Bible wine can be a source of joy

Deuteronomy 14:26, “Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the LORD your God and rejoice.”

Psalm 104:14-15, “He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to cultivate—bringing forth food from the earth: wine that gladdens human hearts, oil to make their faces shine, and bread that sustains their hearts.”

In the Bible wine can be a source of joy

Isaiah 25:6, “On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples,a banquet of aged wine—the best of meats and the finest of wines.”

Isaiah 55:1, “Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.”

The use of alcohol is not the issue here the misuse of it is.

Proverbs 20:1, “Wine is a mocker and beer a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise.”

Proverbs 23:20-21, “Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat, for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.”

Proverbs 23:29-35, “Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaints? Who has needless bruises? Who has bloodshot eyes? Those who linger over wine, who go to sample bowls of mixed wine. Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly! In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like a viper. Your eyes will see strange sights, and your mind will imagine confusing things. You will be like one sleeping on the high seas, lying on top of the rigging. “They hit me,” you will say, “but I’m not hurt! They beat me, but I don’t feel it! When will I wake up so I can find another drink?” .

The use of alcohol is not the issue here the misuse of it is.

Ephesians 5:18, “Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 6:10, “nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.”

The use of alcohol is not the issue here the misuse of it is.

The use of alcohol is not the issue here the misuse of it is.

the motivation is selfishness andthe behavior is self-destructive

“don’t be a drunken ruler, just because you can.”

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are

destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy."

Proverbs 31:8-9

"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."

Luke 4:18–19

"Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."

Godly moms and dads and people of influence teach the next generation to live like King Jesus

"When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed" Luke 14:13

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world" James 1:27

"though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his

poverty might become rich.”

2 Corinthians 8:9
