The Tech Request System is the process in place to have videos

approved, websites unblocked, or new tools approved.

The next slides will walk you through, step by step, how to put in a Tech Request for a new tool to be approved.

Step 1. Access the Tech Request System from the TS Portal.

Step 2. Click on Requests– add new

Step 3. Fill in the drop down boxes with your information.

Step 4: Continue filling out the information about the intended audience.

Note for approval process:  

Step 5: Be prepared to answer these questions.

Teacher adds request.

Step 6: Once all of the requested information is entered….

Click on the button.

SUBMIT

Step 7: You can check the status of your request through the system at any time as you wait for an answer.

Be patient and prepared to wait.

The process may take as little as a week or as long as several months depending on the complexity of the issues involved.

You will receive a confirmation when your request is submitted.
