Who are we?

•World Cultures is a special school. The students come from around the world. In one class there can be as many as 5 different home languages spoken!

We are just like other high schools...

We have pizza parties!

We watch movies!

Students join clubs!

We share the food from our cultures.

We teach each other new things.

We have had a long journey here.

We cross raging rivers.

We face scary monsters.

We battle dragons!

We battle harpies!

We predict the future!

We are heroes!

We dance at the Capulet ball.

We act out Shakespeare.

We go to Broadway Plays and Eat at Restaurants!

We take theatre trips!

We visit college campuses.

Columbia University

And then eat pizza.

We visit libraries.

We do research.

We ride the subway!

We sing songs!
