HOW :
Uses a comprehensive food safety risk assessment
protocol that is split into 30 sections.
Compliance is assessed & scored in each section and
allocated a rating (CHAOS / REACTIVE / CONTROL /
INNOVATE / WORLD CLASS )
The sections are allocated to one of 5 pyramid levels
(from CHAOS to WORLD CLASS). Sections in CHAOS /
REACTIVE / CONTROL are considered essential in
creating a base standard for food safety. Progress is
shown by moving up the levels from CHAOS to WORLD
CLASS.
Tracking “World Class Manufacture” ratings provides
