business leaders, and other key opinion leaders to encourage their engagement in efforts to improve community health

• Use the Rankings and resources on the “Take Action” website to lead evidence—based efforts in your community and/or state

• Encourage hospitals to build on the Rankings as they fulfill their PPACA community health needs assessment requirements
