The recipe for a cleaner environment begins inyour restaurant or food service operation

Grease poured down the sink or floor drain can clog sewer lines causing backupsand sewage spills. Food residue, detergents, grease and trash left outside or pouredin a storm drain are picked up by rainwater and carried to the nearest stream aspolluted stormwater runoff. Both of these sources of pollution are harmful to humansand aquatic life and impact our rivers, lakes and streams. By following the tipsbelow, you can be part of the solution to water pollution!
