Process whereby we meet our needs for goods, services, works and utilities in a way that achieves value for money on a whole life basis in terms of generating benefits not only to us, but also to:

• Supports the continuing implementation of sustainable sourcing principles into supply chain management

• Applies to all Suppliers and Licensees– Practical application through the

tendering process– Also applies to indirect suppliers

to LOCOG (i.e. Premiums)– Sets out our expectations of
