Andreas Veilstrup Andersen is the CEO and President of the Liseberg Group in Sweden,
operating the biggest tourist destination in Sweden, and one of the most visited amusement
parks in Europe.
Andreas has a legal and financial background, and has worked in the attractions industry
for more than fifteen years, first as Vice President at the world renowned Tivoli Gardens in
Copenhagen, and later heading up the International Association of Amusement Parks and
Attraction’s (IAAPA) European Office in Brussels.
Andreas is the second vice chair of IAAPA’s Global Board of Directors, and is on the Board
of the Swedish Association of Amusement Parks.

Lesley Morisetti Director, Morisetti Associates
Lesley launched Morisetti Associates in 2010 to provide economic and strategic business
planning consultancy services to the attractions and entertainment industry, based on
over 30 years of operational and consultancy experience.
Client work includes studies for Merlin Entertainments, Universal Studios, ITV plc, the
National Trust, Silverstone Race Circuits, the Natural History Museums of London and
Copenhagen and the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions.
Lesley was previously a Director of the London office of the Economics Practice of
AECOM (formally ERA). During her eight years at ERA, she led a wide range of projects
within the UK, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa, for a diverse range of
clients, from cultural institutions such as the Bibliotheca Alexandrina to commercial
attraction operators such as Universal Studios and Merlin, and brand owners such as
Diageo and Heineken.
Prior to joining ERA, Lesley worked for The Tussaud’s Group in marketing, revenue
management and new attraction development roles.

SESSION 1: THE BIG PICTURE
Michael Collins Senior Partner, LDP
Michael Collins is a Senior Partner in LDP and is one of its founders. Michael’s passion
for the entertainment industry stems from his background as the fourth generation of a
visitor attraction operating family.
Michael studied Economics and took an MBA prior to embarking on his consulting career
with Economics Research Associates (ERA) in the late 1990s. Michael was a Senior
Associate with ERA and became an independent consultant in 2004, prior to founding
LDP.
Over the years Michael has worked with almost every major visitor attraction operating
group from Universal Studios, Disneyland Resort Paris and SeaWorld right through
to many owner operated parks and attractions. He also has extensive cultural and
educational experience from the Eiffel Tower through to St Pauls Cathedral. Michael has
worked with many speciality attractions groups from Ripley’s to KidZania. As well as
feasibility work and improvement strategy work, Michael has performed due diligence for
many acquisitions in the entertainment sector and operational reviews for many theme
parks, wildlife attractions and speciality attractions.
Michael also has extensive experience with sports and events venues, having worked on
the legacy usage for the London Olympic games for example as well as feasibility for
arena and stadia around the world. Michael has worked on many mixed use and retail
projects around the world.
Michael has worked across more than 30 countries including most recently leading LDP
projects in the US, UK, Canada, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, the UAE, Kenya, Nigeria,
Malaysia, China, Macau etc.

Chris Michaels Digital Director, The National Gallery
Chris Michaels is Digital Director of the National Gallery. His role is to ask how digital
economics, data and insight, technology and media can help give the public new access
to one of the world’s great collections of European art.
Chris is also a Trustee of The Collections Trust, the body that manages the data
standards for the museum and galleries sector. He is an advisor to the Humboldt
Forum in Berlin. He was a writer for ‘The Manual of Digital Museum Planning’ the first
comprehensive book on the role of digital in museums.
Before joining the National Gallery, Chris was Head of Digital & Publishing at the British
Museum for three years. Before working in the cultural sector he was joint CEO of a
start-up, Mindshapes, which made mobile apps for the education market.
He has held senior roles in a media and television company, in publishing and in digital
advertising. He has a PhD from the University of Bristol.

Sarah Coward Development Director and Deputy CEO, The National Holocaust Centre & Museum
Sarah has over 10 years experience at Director level in not-for-profit organisations, and
20 years experience in business development and fundraising.
She has in-depth experience of developing a wide range of income streams for both
revenue and capital needs. Taking forward strategic development, Sarah has a particular
focus on finding and delivering innovative solutions to strategic challenges, including
finding new opportunities to develop and apply digital solutions.
She is currently part of the NESTA/Arts Council Accelerator Programme aimed at
pushing forward the application of new technologies to Arts organisations, following on
from successful participation in the R&D Digital Fund for the Arts.

Eleanor Harris Director, Visitor Experience &Enterprises, Royal Museums Greenwich
Eleanor joined Royal Museums Greenwich (RMG) in January 2017 as the director
responsible for the visitor experience; commercial activity and marketing. RMG
welcomes 2.5 million visitors to its four attractions: Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark,
National Maritime Museum and the Queen’s House.
Eleanor also is a Director of Brighton i360 and was the CEO during the construction and
opening period. She was part of the team who got the attraction’s planning consent,
secured the £46m funding and delivered a successful opening.
Eleanor’s career in tourism has spanned more than 20 years. As a consultant at
I-Xperience, Eleanor advised visitor attractions, museums and galleries including the Sky
Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street; the Postal Museum, English Heritage, Conkers/National
Forest Company, London Zoo, the ‘Crystal’, the O2, Mercedes-Benz World, Royal Pavilion
& Brighton Museums, View from the Shard, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the
National Memorial Arboretum and Science Museum.
Previously Eleanor was Commercial Director and head of Customer Service at the
London Eye 2000-2006 where she was part of the team who established the London
Eye as the UK’s number one paid for attraction. Her career started at British Airways
where she held various management roles in marketing, commerce and operations.

Tim Haines Multi BAFTA and Emmy award winningproducer, Executive Producer ITVStudios & Founder Impossible Pictures
Executive Producer Tim Haines joined ITV Studios in 2013 to set up a new drama unit
focussing on high end, returnable series: big ideas, mostly with a twist, that could make
a splash in viewing schedules around the globe. He also owns the UK independent
production company Impossible Pictures.
Impossible Pictures was founded in 2001 by multi BAFTA and Emmy award winning
producer Tim Haines, best known as the creator of the ground-breaking series Walking
With Dinosaurs. Specialising in high-impact drama, factual and children’s shows for
primtime, Impossible Pictures built a reputation for bringing CGI and high-end effects
to the small screeen and delivering spectacular productions to major broadcasters
worldwide.
Its factual productions included a series of BAFTA and Emmy Award winning Walking
with Dinosaurs specials. 2004’s Space Odysseywas a landmark docu-drama that
became the inspiration behind the ABC series Defying Gravity.
Its drama output included 5 seasons of Primeval (created by Tim Haines and Adrian
Hodges), which became a hit prime-time show for ITV in the UK and an international
brand, spawning the North American spin off Primeval: New World (Space, Syfy, UKTV);
and the 13 episode drama series ‘Sinbad’, commissioned by Sky1 and transmitted in 2012
securing some of Sky1’s highest ever drama ratings.
Tim executive produced all Impossible’s drama output. He also consulted on the global
hit Walking With Dinosaurs Live Experience and wrote 4 best selling TV tie in books.
At ITV Tim has executive produced the 12 part action adventure show Beowulf and
currently is overseeing a new six part murder mystery for primetime 2017 Loch Ness.

Anne-Isabelle Daulon Co-Founder and CEO, Eleven Arches
Anne-Isabelle Daulon is Eleven Arches Co-Founder and CEO, and it is through her
tenacity and passion that Kynren has translated from a dream to reality.
Anne-Isabelle initially joined the Auckland Project in December 2012 to conduct the
feasibility studies for a Puy du Fou style visitor attraction around Auckland Castle, and
over time she added three other of the Trust’s projects under her direction.
She created Eleven Arches with Jonathan Ruffer in 2013, and set it up as a separate
entity to further its development and produce Kynren.
Before coming North, she had led a successful career in the City spanning more than 13
years in various senior marketing, sales and strategy roles in leading global investment
banks (Goldman Sachs, UBS, Brown Brothers Harriman), including 11 years on the US
Stock market.
Anne-Isabelle retrained at Chelsea College of Arts and became CEO of Designed to Live
In, an interior design and space modelling consultancy in 2010, applying her interests in
contemporary architecture and design to create bespoke and stunning interiors.
Anne-Isabelle has an MBA from ESSEC Business School, and is a Certified Financial
Analyst charter holder.
SESSION 3: ATTRACTION EVOLUTION
Bob Montgomery CEO, Longleat Enterprises Ltd
Bob Montgomery has enjoyed a long and varied career in Entertainment and Attractions
management. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Bob has worked for some of the leading
entertainment brands and has extensive experience in launching new businesses and
concepts. He has been directly involved in the planning, launch and management of
more than a dozen new entertainment- based projects across three continents.
Bob has served as a senior executive with some of the industry’s most prominent and
active entertainment companies, including Paramount Entertainment, The LEGO Group,
Canadian National Real Estate and Herschend Family Entertainment.
He is a career professional in the entertainment and tourism industry with over 30 years
of experience. In 2011 Bob formed an operational consultancy, AllPark Solutions, which
specializes in the management of all aspects of attraction development and provides
management and operational expertise to new and existing businesses. He remains a
principle, and partner, in the company today.
Bob joined Longleat Enterprises in 2013 and has overseen a repositioning of the Longleat
brand and it’s operation, which has resulted in four successive years of record revenues
and earnings for the Estate.

Sam Gennawey Special Projects, Office of the ChairmanThe Goddard Group / GGE
Sam Gennawey is an author, award-winning urban planner, and public speaker who has
worked on more than 170 projects and has conducted more than 1,000 workshops and
charrettes.
He is the Special Projects Director for The Goddard Group, an internationally recognized
leader in the location-based entertainment industry.
He lives in Los Angeles California.

Gary Goddard Founder, Chairman & CEO, The Goddard Group / GGE
For over 40 years, Gary Goddard has created many of the most iconic attractions,
resorts, and casinos in the world.
Goddard-designed projects include the Studio City Macau, Galaxy Macau, The Venetian
Las Vegas, the Caesars Palace Towers and ten-year master plan, Hershey’s Times
Square, The Forum Shops at Caesars, and both Sanrio Puroland in Tokyo and Sanrio
Harmonyland in Kyushu, among dozens of other world class parks and resorts.
He created and is named on the U.S. Inventor Patents for award-winning attractions that
include Terminator 2/3D, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, and Jurassic Park:
The Ride. He literally invented the 4D attraction and has created more original 3D/4D
attractions than any other single designer in the industry.
He served as one of the elite five-member creative design team members responsible
for creating, planning, and developing Universal’s Islands of Adventure, in addition to his
role as one of the original design team responsible for conceptualizing Universal Studios
Florida.
In addition to his work in the world of leisure, hospitality, and entertainment design, Mr.
Goddard is a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and a member of the Directors
Guild of America and the Writer’s Guild of America, having written, directed and
produced motion pictures and created and produced several television series.

Sam Bompas and Harry Parr first came to prominence through their expertise in jelly-making,

brand consultancy and immersive experiences across a diverse number of industries.
The founders’ backgrounds in marketing and architecture play a key role in the positioning and
