Keynote Speaker: Dr. Rebecca Auer
Dr. Auer is a Surgical Oncologist and translational
researcher studying the impact of the immune system and
subsequent cancer recurrence. Recently appointed as
the new head of cancer research at The Ottawa Hospital,
Dr. Auer is what the sports world calls a “Triple Threat”.
Join us on October 15th for an inside peek into Dr. Auer’s
work and how she is moving research from her lab into
promising treatments for our patients.
