TEAM ENTRANCE ALL team will enter through a new team entrance located by the Quadrant (Opposite Box Office) At the Team Entrance you will collect your team wristband and sign in to serve each day. Team wristbands will not be posted out – pick up available from the Team Entrance at the below Ames: • MONDAY – 5pm – 8pm • TUESDAY – 5pm – 8pm • WEDNESDAY – 6am – 5pm Service Teams -‐ when not serving enter the venue through the Delegate Entrance (Entrance B)

Team Zone: Located in the Service Yard at the O2. Access through the Team Entrance which is located by the Quadrant The Team Zone is where you collect your t-‐shirt, prepare print items and collect meals when you are serving

START ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT The rotaAon is mapped out in the diary which is provided to delegates on arrival SEATING COMMUNITIES: Community 1 -‐ White Community 2 – Blue Community 3 – Purple Community 4 -‐ Grey VOLUNTEERS when sihng in are also in a seaAng community and will have an allocated area to sit per session.
All delegates have been allocated into a seaAng community idenAfied by the colour of their wristband BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE MAP WILL LOOK
