Children come to school now....

With many & varied skills in working with digital items

Well-versed & practiced in operating new items

TV & DVDs. CDs are known to them before they can walk/or speak

Many are adept with computers, MP3s, iPods,iPhones, Blackberry,Wii at 4yrs old

Many are happy to share their skills with any adult

Errors as Steps to Learning -

Children are extremely quick to learn new gadgets

Children have NO difficulty in accepting different ways of using gadgets

They are happy to try out new things They pit their skills against themselves – They never tire of learning new things... And therefore of making mistakes. This is their secret to success & they

know they can win.

They build on their errors systematically to achieve Learning

Their motivation is to master the skill they are working on
