Recommendation #12.

The panel recommends that basic maintenance of the university

buildings, including hostels, should be regularly reviewed and

preventive in nature, rather than complaint triggered. Although well

equipped, some laboratory equipment and facilities are rather old and need replacement in order

to be up to date and capable of supporting teaching and research

activities.
