OF AURORA STADIUM PROGRAM— a new era begins

The ‘Hawthornisation’ program has begun at Aurora Stadium – turning the Hawks’ home ground in Tasmania into a visible stronghold of all things Hawthorn.

Hawthorn players, coaches and Tassie-based staff are enjoying new changerooms and office facilities at Aurora Stadium.

The Tassie Hawks’ Wall of Fame is also coming along well. The visual display will feature on the outside of the Carlton Draught Stand, honoring the seven Tasmanian-born Hawthorn premiership players. Tassie Hawks fans have the chance to purchase one of 200 plaques that will surround the display, each with the member’s name and personalised message inscribed and displayed for perpetuity.

wall of fameSecure a piece of the Club’s history by purchasing a plaque to feature on the Tassie Hawks’ Wall of Fame.

The visual display, honouring the likes of Peter Hudson, Rodney Eade and Grant Birchall, will be surrounded by 200 plaques owned by Tassie Hawks members.

Each plaque can be inscribed with a name, member number and personalised message that will be displayed for perpetuity.
