Preparation

1.- First, Mix the milk, the cream, the sugar and boil it in a pot.

2.- Second, When it boils, add the two packets of junket.

3.- Then, Break the María biscuits up and mix them with butter. Cover the oven tin with the mixture.

4.- After that, Pour the mixture of milk, cream, sugar and junket in this oven tin.

5.- Next, Put this mix-ture into the fridge, andlet the cake cool 2 or 3 hours.

6.- Finally, When it's cooled, put the strawberry jam on top.

My op in ion

I like this recipe because it's delicious and It isn't overly sweet.

I love it because when I was little my daddy cooked cheese cake, and I enjoyed it.
