RESHAPE OF NETWORKING WORKSHOPS
Initial concept of networking workshops• keynote speaker
• experience exchange one presentation per participating agency
• group work to discuss specific issues of interes
New suggestions• key note speaker case-by-case, basically good experiences but must
fit to topic, not too long!!
• more interaction between organizers & participants before the event to define the focus gathering and analysis of experiences of each participating agency before
the event, definition of 3-5 key questions, 1-2 example presentations and/or
clustering of presentations followed by discussions in small groups
• lessons learnt/conclusions at the end of the event !!
• flexibility where applicable
