The two female buildings shall also have an area for nursing mothers and all shower areas shall include sufficient space and appropriate appurtenances for dressing and/or undressing. The bathroom/showers buildings will be equipped to service a minimum of 10 families that include toilet seats, urinals (for the men restrooms), sinks and all fixtures will be energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
We are a family owned and locally operated company
All the Restroom & Shower Facilities Are Modern and Energy Efficient
Picnic Areas: Our company shall build two picnic areas that will be able to service a minimum of 10 families that contain table facilities at the south end of the property. The materials shall all be at least 80% recycle and surpass the s and cook areas that have isolated fire enclosures for each family. There shall be one large bowery with sufficient space and tables for a party of fifty people. These areas shall be covered and located near two of the bathroom/shower requirements for safety and/or environmental sound as mandate by local and state ordinances.
Other Facilities: The Green Fire Construction Company shall have appropriate recreational facilities that include one sand volleyball court and one children's play area which will be located on the north end of the property next to the two bathroom/shower buildings as detailed in the Restrooms-Showers section of the proposal. The volleyball court and the children's play area shall be equipped with appropriate fixture that will not only meet all safety codes set by the county and state agencies.
Landscaping: The park shall include a large variety of vegetation that will include existing trees that are planted near the river as well as flowers and bushes. All vegetation will be selected to ensure not only for visual appeal but also for low maintenance by the county. The sprinkler system to be installed is one that is not only energy efficient but also requires very little maintenance on the part of the county.
River Safety: The park shall have all the appropriate safety features built into the waterfront portion of the park. These features shall be sufficient to prevent toddlers from inadvertently falling into the deeper parts of the river. These measures shall not restrict access to the river to the water for wading and/or fishing.
