LOCATION
Directions to the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley (from Sydney)
• From the centre of Sydney, cross the Harbour Bridge and proceed along Pacific Highway to the National 1 (F3) freeway at Wahroonga
• Travel north along National 1 (F3) freeway and take the Cessnock/Kurri Kurri exit (Highway 82) and follow through into the township of Cessnock
• As you enter the CBD of Cessnock, driving along Aberdare Road, turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto Vincent Street. Travel to the end of Vincent Street, turn left at traffic lights onto Wollombi Road (following the directional signs to Branxton — still Highway 82) and then the first right at the traffic lights onto Allandale Road, passing a swimming pool on the left and a McDonalds restaurant on right.
• Proceed along Allandale Road (Wine Country Drive). 5 kilometres out of Cessnock you will see Cessnock Airport on the left- hand side.
• Turn right onto Lovedale road and the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley entrance is 100 metres on the left.
TRANSPORT
Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is located a 2.5 hour drive north-west of Sydney or 1 hour from Newcastle. Domestic airlines fly into Newcastle Airport from Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Melbourne on a daily basis. The conference managers will organise coach transport from the Sydney Central Business District.

PRE-CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES – GUY CARPENTER GOLF DAY
We are excited to announce the pre-conference golf day, proudly sponsored by Guy Carpenter, will be held at the beautiful Hunter Valley Golf and Country Club on Sunday 12 October from 10.00am. Conveniently-located at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, the course surrounds the resort and features an 18-hole championship golf course that will test the experienced and reward the novice!
The ever-popular format for the day will be Ambrose, which is enjoyable for all levels of golfers. There will be lots of great prizes on offer for competitions like ‘nearest-the-pin’ and ‘longest drive’.
Golf fee: 18 holes — $50
The fee includes green fees and motorised golf carts. The Resort Pro Shop can provide you with other equipment you need, either for hire or purchase, and has locker rooms and shower facilities available for your convenience. Note that all fees associated with golf are not payable through ANZIIF and should be settled on an individual basis with the Hunter Valley Golf and Country Club.
When completing the registration form, please indicate your preference for golf and a member of the 2014 Reinsurance Rendezvous organising committee will be in touch with you closer to the event.
ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE
On arrival at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, please check-in to your accommodation. Check-in is available from 3.00pm on each day. You will then be required to collect your name badge and conference materials at the registration desk. Your name badge provides entry to all conference sessions, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In the event of a registrant’s inability to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. Alternatively, a refund less 25% service fee charge will be made for cancellations advised by letter or email up to fifteen (15) working days prior to the event. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after this time.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
The organisers reserve the right to alter the conference program without prior notification to delegates.
