Requesting Transcripts See Mrs. Cami Phelps, the Registrar to:

• Order transcript (s)- $2 for each official transcript and

must complete a “Transcript Request Form”

• Give a minimum of 48 hours before deadline

• If you have taken dual credit courses, you may order/request your official transcript(s) for your dual credit classes from LoneStar at www.getmytranscript.com. You can make the request with your LSC ID number or SSN if it is on your account

•Estimates your family’s ability to contribute to your

education. (EFC)

•Lets you know if you are eligible for federal grants,

loans, or work study.

• Results are sent to the college to determine if you

qualify for additional money.

our deadline is this November 1st. Our scholarship application is one application that

applies students to any scholarships they qualify for. They can find how to apply by

searching for Scholarships4Kats.

• In order to get admitted automatically, students must meet the criteria listed below. If

they meet automatic admission requirements then they will not need to submit an

essay or letters of recommendation. If GPA and/or test scores do not fall within the

ranges listed on the below table, applications will receive individual review. I have
