Submission of Registration Form
1. Please fax or email your registration form with a bank receipt copy of RM300.00 to us not later than 1 April 2011 in order to reserve your place: Fax No.: 05-3232295 Email: eustudex@gmx.com
2. The original copy (via post) and rest of the bank payment should reach us not later than 7 April 2011. Address: EU Study Exchange 10, Lebuh Raya Mandarin, 31650 Ipoh, Perak.
